Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MDF Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage Market Development Funds (MDF) and Co-Op funds, work closely with vendors to secure funding, and ensure effective utilization of these resources. This role is crucial in supporting our marketing and sales initiatives by maximizing the financial support from our vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to secure MDF and Co-Op funds.
- Fund Management: Track and manage MDF and Co-Op funds, ensuring accurate allocation and utilization per vendor agreements.
- Budget Tracking: Monitor and report on the spend per vendor, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines and maximizing ROI.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns funded by MDF and Co-Op resources.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all funding requests, approvals, and expenditures.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to internal stakeholders on MDF and Co-Op fund usage, performance metrics, and outcomes.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with vendor guidelines and contractual obligations.
- Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize the use of MDF and Co-Op funds to support business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in MDF/Co-Op management, vendor relations, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the IT or MSP industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B Organizations. MSP Experience a plus.
- Knowledge of partner marketing strategies and tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
