You’ll work from our corporate office in Tucson with responsibility for maintaining customer relationships as well as helping find solutions to help meet our customers need. You will be in one of the primary positions for our team so you must be a self-starter as well as a great problem solver.

The following list describes the duties performed:
- First on phones for incoming calls
- Create service tickets from email, phone calls, and other avenues of communication
- Coordinate and schedule onsite, remote, and project tickets
- Manage and monitor multiple service calendars to ensure timely execution and delivery of services to clients
- Review completed tickets for accuracy prior to closing and billing
- Track team member ticket queues and assist in rescheduling
- Address client concerns in a professional manner
- Assist leadership in providing timely reports and information
- Other duties as assigned
